We’re a husband, and wife, both working in the tech industry from day one. Indrek is a really talented full-stack developer, and team lead. Grethel is also an experienced team lead, and a book author who’s really into solving leadership challenges. We’re raising kids, building a startup, and we honestly can’t sleep calmly before we haven’t made sure that the world of crappy managers is far away in the past.
We learned our lessons through being part of a fast-growing startup, and it’s our mission to help you out through our experiences. We practiced 1-on-1 meetings for years.
